AQ9 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aq9 ("aq9", "we", "us", "the platform"). 03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on aq9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on aq9, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq9 login credentials. 04 Deposits

aq9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your aq9 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact aq9 support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum deposit on aq9 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though aq9 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on aq9 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in exceptional circumstances at aq9's discretion, subject to additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal on aq9 is ৳200. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 10 minutes on average during normal operating hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2 hours.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

aq9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus on aq9, you agree to the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all aq9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on aq9 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by bet size, account history, player status, or any other factor. Return to player (RTP) figures are published on each game page and are independently verified.

By playing any game on aq9, you acknowledge that:

09 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account holder has violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to aq9 or other players.

If your account is suspended, aq9 will notify you by email where possible and explain the reason for the suspension. You may appeal a suspension by contacting aq9 support. aq9 will review appeals within 10 business days and communicate the outcome by email.

You may close your aq9 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and these Terms.
